We measure your progress precisely according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from level A1 through to C2. Because for Russian we often start from the basics (learning the Cyrillic alphabet and the basic structures at A1/A2 level), you will notice that in the beginning you make rapid, motivating leaps forward. As you move towards the finer points of Russian (B2/C1), such as the six grammatical cases, business etiquette or specialist jargon, the process demands more time, depth and sustained effort.
