B2B via The Square Mile
Stronger together in language: group training, tailor-made programmes & subsidies
Sometimes your situation, or that of your organisation, calls for a different approach than an individual online programme. Do you want to follow language training together with your entire team, are you looking for an intensive, tailor-made in-person programme on location, or would you like to make use of specific subsidy schemes?
Because at Instituut Jeroen Bosch we focus entirely on our individual online formula, we proudly sail under the flag of our parent organisation: The Square Mile. With 25 years of experience in business language programmes, The Square Mile is the partner for all your complex, classroom-based or subsidised training needs. Together we rely on more than 75 years of combined experience, a Cedeo certification and a shared pool of more than 150 highly qualified, certified trainers.

Our B2B options
1. Group training & in-company (from 2 to 150 employees)
Do you want to take the language skills of a specific team, a department or even an entire organisation to a higher level? All group training is delivered through The Square Mile.
Flexible lesson formats: fully online, in-company (at your location) or in a hybrid format.
Learning together at the right level: beforehand we arrange a careful level assessment, so that every participant starts at the right level and teams learn together to optimal effect.
Maximum impact: group training not only strengthens language skills, but also improves mutual collaboration and communicative effectiveness in the workplace.
2. In-person tailor-made & intensive programmes
Sometimes a standard course simply doesn't fit. For challenges that call for a different approach, The Square Mile offers fully tailor-made solutions that integrate seamlessly with your business processes.
Different numbers of hours & 'pressure cooker': from a lightning-fast crash course of a few days to a long-term, modular learning programme.
Sector-specific content & jargon: courses aimed at specific industries, such as medical English, legal German, technical Dutch or financial Spanish.
Safety and work instructions: training focused purely on understanding and complying with safety instructions and protocols in the workplace. Perfect for international teams in production, construction or logistics.
Tailor-made based on your own documents: internal software, specific manuals or professional documents can serve directly as the basis for the training.
3. Subsidised programmes: save considerably on your training costs
Investing in the language skills and safety of your staff doesn't have to be expensive. For many industries, attractive subsidy schemes and reimbursements are available from O&O funds (training and development funds) and sector organisations. The Square Mile not only advises you on the possibilities, but also supports your organisation and takes the burden off your hands when it comes to applying for these funds correctly.
In focus: Metal & Engineering. Thanks to the partnership with A+O Metalektro (large-scale metal industry), employees can take language training with a subsidy of up to a remarkable € 2650,- per participant (under schemes such as 'Fit tot je Pensioen'). In many cases this means the business training is almost free. Substantial reimbursements and personal development budgets are also available through OOM (SME metalworking).
Other sector subsidies available through The Square Mile:
Colland Arbeidsmarkt (agriculture & green sector): subsidy for business language courses, basic courses or Dutch for speakers of other languages.
Doorzaam (temporary employment sector): incentive budgets for the sustainable employability and language skills of flexible workers.
ECM (furniture industry & interior construction): training budgets via the Expertisecentrum Meubel.
Handel Groeit (fruit & vegetable sector): up to 40% subsidy for Dutch language training and 30% for foreign languages.
MDIEU subsidy: a broad scheme for sustainable employability, with subsidies of up to € 1005,- per participant for Dutch in the workplace.
RAS (cleaning & window-cleaning sector): full (100%) reimbursement for targeted language programmes.
STL (transport & logistics): personal training budgets via the Sectorinstituut Transport en Logistiek.
