It all starts with your online application. The moment you complete the form on our website, it goes straight to our central planning team. We screen your application immediately so we can start making the right preparations for your programme right away.

Speed is key. To make sure you can start as quickly as possible, we send you a clear digital invoice up front. As soon as the payment is complete, you get the green light and your programme is activated in our system straight away.

Before you step into the digital classroom, we get you fully prepared. You receive a digital information pack with all the practical details as well as our comprehensive Needs Analysis. This digital initial assessment lets you determine your own goals in advance and gives us a clear picture of your current level.

Behind the scenes, we now get to work specifically for you. Thanks to our vast, nationwide network of highly qualified, certified trainers, we find the trainer who best fits your learning goals and sector. Because we work entirely online, we are not tied to any location and select purely on the very best match for you.

Now the real work begins, following our 50/50 formula (live online coaching + self-study via the app and the course material). The very first 30 minutes of your training consist of the official live online intake with your trainer. During the intake, we will determine your level, establish your goals, and you will get to know your trainer. Halfway through your programme, we send you a short evaluation to check your progress and satisfaction.

The final 30 minutes of your hours package are reserved for the official closing evaluation with your trainer. We measure your progress and you receive a certificate for the CEFR level you have achieved. On top of that, your trainer looks ahead with you right away by drawing up a targeted advisory plan.
