Which data we collect

When you sign up for language training, we process your name and address details, contact details (email address and telephone number), your choice of language and package, invoicing details (for business registrations also company details such as KVK and BTW numbers) and the results of the Needs Analysis.

For what purpose

We use this data to be able to deliver the language training, for invoicing, to pair you with the right trainer and to be able to send you your physical course materials.

With whom we share data

For the delivery of your training, we share relevant data with your (freelance) language trainer, the supplier of our mobile learning app and the supplier of the course material (for shipping) for some courses. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above. We retain invoicing data in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation of 7 years.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. To do so, please get in touch via info@instituutjeroenbosch.nl.
