Conditions of Enrolment
Enrolment takes place only after the correct completion and signing of the quotation.
Instituut Jeroen Bosch will confirm it in writing.
Payment for the course should be made in full before commencement of the course.
Cancellation notice & refund
Cancellation of the course must be done in writing.
In the case of the whole course being cancelled by the customer, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation up to the 21st day before commencement of the course: € 100,00 administration costs
Cancellation from the 21st to the 7th day before commencement of the course: 50% of the course fee
Cancellation within a week before commencement of the course: the full course fee.
The client may allow the course to be followed by a replacement student.
In the case of cancellation of a single lesson or appointment:
Students must inform Instituut Jeroen Bosch of their wish to postpone a lesson at least 24 hours in advance of the planned lesson.
Postponement of a lesson scheduled for a Monday must take place on the previous Friday before 15.00 h.
The customer may allow the lesson to be followed by a replacement student.
If a student is unable to or has not cancelled in time, it is not possible to give this lesson at a later date and the lesson must be paid for.
All booked lessons must be completed within one year after the start of the course.
Cancellation of group courses
If you need to shorten a group programme which has already started, you should inform the institute of this in writing at least 4 weeks beforehand.
If due to insufficient registrations a group or programme has to be cancelled then Instituut Jeroen Bosch is only responsible for refunding the course price (excluding travel costs).
Lessons cancelled due to National Holidays will not be rescheduled or reimbursed
Eventual complaints can be made known by e-mail for the attention of Joelle Schimith, Director. Her e-mail address is: email@example.com . Your complaint must be submitted within 1 month of the termination of the course.
Complaints will be dealt with within a 4 week period.
In the first instance Instituut Jeroen Bosch will try to solve minor complaints directly with the complainant and will make a proposal to remedy the complaint. If you think your complaint has not been properly handled or you remain dissatisfied then you can submit the complaint to mr. A.W.G. de Hart at Smit & de Hart Advocaten in Vught.
If your complaint concerns the Director, then we would ask you to submit this in writing and address the letter to Instituut Jeroen Bosch, Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders and to write “confidential” on the envelope.
